Job Responsibilities:
1. Follow and implement recruiting plans, maintain recruiting channels, conduct phone invitation, interview arrangement, offer release and onboard management
2. Responsible for the performance evaluation, training and employee relations maintenance
3. Responsible for the promotion of corporate culture
Basic Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
2. Command of recruitment experience, able to communicate and filter candidates independently
3. Good business temperament and be professional
4. Result-oriented, strong execution and self-management ability
5. Familiar with office software and basic network knowledge
