On July 27, 2014, a fascinating basketball match organized by Shine Media’s HR Department finally ended after a series of competitive rounds. Kenny’s group won the championship in the end.
Before the competition,all the participants were separated into four groups by themselves. And the game was regulated by the knock-out system. Our players were all in high spirit despite the extremely hot. With a sudden signal of the judge, both sides began struggling for the ball. Their passing skills and breathtaking moments of success had all leaved the event an amazing scenery!
Through the match, all the employees appreciated the other unique side of their colleagues, and had a deeper understanding of how to enhance the cohesion and centripetal force inside a team, especially to improve the work efficiency.
