Supply Chain Finance Committee.CAFIEC, short for SCFC, is an industrial, national wide, non-profit organization founded by Credit Research Institute of CAITEC (Chinese Academy of International Trade and Economic Cooperation), China Association for International Economic Cooperation, Commercial Factoring Expertise Committee of CATIS. It was establishment in Diaoyutai State Guesthouse and officially inaugurated by BAI Lichen, member of the CPC central committees & vice president of national political consultative conference; WEI Jianguo, the deputy minister of ministry of commerce; CUI Mingmo, president of china association for international economic cooperation, LIU Zuozhang, director of investment promotion agency of the ministry of commerce (CIPA),WEN Zaixing, inspector of department of market supervision, HAN Jiaping, director of institute of credit and electronic commerce, ministry of commerce.Relying on the Ministry of Commerce, Universities, financial institutions and other relevant units, SCFC gives full play to the industry organization bridge and link function, assembles supply chain finance profession experts, the scholars, the entrepreneurs and so on, provides the policy research, the information exchange, the specialized consultation, the personnel training and so on comprehensive service.
