上海市交通工程学会创建于1979年12月,是我国第一个研究、应用、推广新兴学科——交通工程学,以及研究解决大城市、特大城市交通问题的学术团体,是上海市科学技术协会的组成部分。学会现下设交通工程理论专业委员会、综合交通规划专业委员会、交通设计专业委员会、轨道交通专业委员会、地面公交专业委员会、交通法治专业委员会、智能交通专业委员会、绿色交通专业委员会、交通安全专业委员会、港口航运专业委员会等10个专业委员会,以及办公室、《交通与运输》杂志编辑部、咨询部等部门。学会先后发展会员3466名,目前在职个人会员1316名(其中高级会员198名,学生会员250多名),形成了高级会员、普通会员、学生会员的阶梯结构。学会现有团体会员单位30多个,会员主要分布在规划、交通港口、市政建设、客货运输、公安交通管理等系统和高等院校、设计科研院所等单位。上海市交通工程学会在上海市科学技术协会和学会理事会的领导下,多年来坚持面向行业、面向会员、面向市场,充分发挥合作交流的平台作用,发挥上下沟通的扭带作用,发挥科技创新的互动作用,围绕学术交流、科学普及、科技咨询、学会发展等方面开展了大量的工作,为上海的经济建设和交通工程发展作出了贡献。学会自2014年开始,连续二届被市科协授予“五星级”学会的光荣称号;在市科协第八届代表大会上,被评为“上海科协先进集体”;在中国科协主办的“学术性社团评价学术研讨会暨学会之星论坛”上,被评为“学会之星三连冠”单位之一;2018年被上海市社团管理局评为“5A”等级学会,市民政局、市人事局评为 “上海先进民间组织”。

Established in 2015, the State Key Laboratory of Tail Transit Engineering Informatization is among the third batch of Enterprise State Key Laboratories approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the P.R. China, and is attached to China Railway First Survey & Design Institute Group Co., Ltd.With the aim of meeting the important demand of developing modern rail transit technology, the laboratory systemically develops theoretical methods and technology systems of information perception, collaborative construction and intelligent rail transit system in the field of rail transit engineering. It focuses on the research and development of the new generation of integrated Space-Air-Ground comprehensive perception, automatic and intelligent group collaborative construction, full life-cycle engineering applications of intelligent rail transit system and other hi-tech achievements, and forms systems of standards and norms, leading technology progress in rail transit industry. In the future, the laboratory will be built into a world-class basic research base for information-based engineering applications of rail transit, a first-class base of applying high-tech achievements, as well as a first-class cultivation base for high-quality talents.Wang Zhengming, P.R. China Design Master and Sanqin Scholar, serves as the director of the laboratory, Prof. Fan Pingzhi, IEEE Fellow, serves as the director of academic committee, and Liang Wenhao, Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, serves as the deputy director.Main research directions of the laboratory: 1. Information perception: in this direction, research will be focused on sensor network systems with multi-dimensional perception composed by multiple platforms and sensors on aerospace, aviation, ground ,underground and engineering structures etc., as well as technical systems that dynamically collecting, collaboratively processing and sharing management of rail transit engineering information. The laboratory will strive to make new breakthroughs in key technology of collaborative perception integrated Space-Air-Ground , and build a technical system of holographic perception of rail transit environment with characteristics of China, providing strong key basic data support for collaborative construction and life-cycle management of rail transit engineering and improving the level of precision and real-time technology of information perception. 2. Collaborative construction: in this direction, research will be focused on the needs of collaborative construction of rail transit engineering. The laboratory will create normalized data model, engineering information model and application model to design collaborative construction technical systems and basic structures and develop parallel collaborative design technology and platforms that are effectiveness-, cost- and environment-friendly. The laboratory will also build technique set of precise design, construction and maintenance and corresponding standards based on the integration of BIM and GIS. The research will further improve the level and ability of rail transit engineering construction in China. 3. Intelligent rail transit: in this direction, research will be focused on the deep correlation analysis and knowledge discovery techniques and tools for integrated data of intelligent rail transit engineering as well as the in-depth study of systemic methods for intelligence of rail transit, laying foundations for intelligent rail transit engineering. The laboratory will also build a health evaluation and coordinated early-warning system for the management of overall reliability, availability, maintainability and safety (RAMS) of rail transit engineering covering the whole processes of rail transit construction, operation and maintenance, providing technical support for the intelligent development of rail transit engineering and information mining applications.

铁道与城市轨道交通研究院所属主要学科的历史可以上溯到1921年上海交通大学机械科铁道机械工程门,当时任中科院学部委员、第一、二、三届人大代表的上海交通大学程孝刚教授为中国机车车辆工程技术和机车车辆高等教学奠定了基础,在院系调整中,同济大学,上海交通大学等院校的铁路技术相关专业合并为上海铁道学院,后又与上海铁道医学院合并为上海铁道大学, 2000年与同济大学合并后,成立了铁道与城市轨道交通研究院,成为一个虚实结合的面向铁路工程技术的窗口,2003年为了增强铁道技术优势,整建制调入机械学院的机车车辆研究所及部分铁路方向教师,进一步壮大了学科的科研力量。研究院主要从事干线铁路、地铁与城市轨道交通装备技术领域的教学和科研工作,目前研究院下设6个 研究所、2个研究中心和《城市轨道交通研究》杂志社。主要有机车车辆研究所、电力牵引控制研究所、制动技术研究所、轮轨系统研究所、动车技术与装备研究所 和机电信息技术应用研究所等。轨道交通装备技术研究开发中心和磁浮交通技术研究中心作为科研研究的龙头承担了国家和市政府的重大科研项目。研究院还拥有轨 道交通综合试验系统,包括轨道交通试验线、结构与强度实验室、制动技术实验室、牵引控制实验室和轨道线路实验室等,能为科研和教学提供一流的服务平台。
