Mr. David CAO took charge of the financial institutions business including the loan RMBS, the underwriting of public CLO, automobile loan ABS, consumer loan ABS, gold lease ABS, bad ABS, financial bond and Tier-2 capital debt, It also provides debt financing service and all-round business cooperation for commercial banks, auto finance, financial leasing, consumer finance and other financial institutions. It also participates in the design and development of ABS projects such as PPP ABS, CMBS and REITs, At the same time, it actively promoted the secondary market of ABS and opened up cross-border and overseas businesses. Mr. CAO has 13 years of extensive experience in the credit and asset securitization markets in the United States. From 2007 to 2016, Mr. Cao served as the managing director and partner of DFG Investment in the United States. He led the research strategy department and participated as a member of the investment committee in making decisions on all credit product investments, helping the company develop from scratch to 2.5 billion U.S. dollars Management scale. Mr. Cao received a BS degree in polymer physics from the University of Science and Technology of China, and a master's degree in physical chemistry and a doctorate in operational research (financial engineering) from Columbia University in the United States.
