Guan Heng is the co-founder of Payment Union and the COO of Inspiry Technology, an honorary lecturer at Tencent University, Union Pay Development Committee member of China UnionPay Co., Ltd.Mr. Guan is the earliest advocate of the self-service mobile(QR-code) payment. In this field, he created a mode of cooperation between mobile payment service providers and third-party payment platforms, which promoted the upgrading of the industrial chain of offline mobile payment and accelerated the widespread of mobile payment in offline market. In the past three years, he led the company to achieve a high growth rate of 600% to 700% every year. At present, Inspiry has established close cooperative relations with Alipay, WeChat Pay, China UnionPay, Meituan, and other key enterprises in the industry. In 2018, Payment Union won an investment of 300 million yuan from top Internet companies and famous VC investors. At the same time, the company under his leadership, expanded the international market and started to launch projects in various countries in southeast Asia.Since 2014, he has been the managing partner of ChiFortuneVCand a member of the investment committee. He is proficient in the investment of mobile Internet projects. The projects he has invested have CFROI of 10 times within three years, and several of which hasacquired further investment from Alibaba and Tencent.Mr.Guan is the founder of Che Dong Hui (domestic Internet+ automobile community) and the co-founder of many social activity organizations.He used to be the General Manager of the Internet automobile business department of Che Tuo Bang(mobile car owner community and media).He was a senior project manager at SONY mobile and head of enterprise business. Prior to joining SONY Ericsson he worked for Canada Northern Telecom Limited.Mr. Guan holds a master's degree in Communication Engineering from Queen Mary University of London and a bachelor's degree in Communication Engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
