Mr. Ma graduated from Economic Management Dept., party School of The Central Committee of CPC. He is a certified senior Economist. Mr. Ma has over 42 years working experience in civil aviation industry. He has worked in CAAC Guangzhou Regional Administration ,CAAC Shenyang Regional Administration as radio operator ,air traffic controller and later assumed the position of General Manager of Dandong Airport, Deputy General Manager of Shenyang Taoxian international Airport and Liaoning Airport Management Group and has accumulated experience. In operation management, safety management, airport construction and Real estate development etc, and is a well-known within the industry. He is Deputy Secretary-General of China Civil Airports Association.
