Tian Bing Zhang, national lead partner for Deloitte China Consumer Product and Retail Sector, national lead partner of Deloitte Consulting Supply Chain Service Line Prior to joining Deloitte, Mr. Zhang was the Vice President and Partner of A.T. Kearney, responsible for its Operations practice, Government and large SOE client group. He was also the founder and director of A.T. Kearney China Research Center. In his earlier career, Mr. Zhang has worked for the world’s renown multinational company ABB and leading professional service firms such as Ernst & Young and Accenture. Over his consulting career, Mr. Zhang has provided strategy and management consulting services to numerous multinational companies, leading local companies and government clients in the Asia Pacific region. Mr. Zhang is a frequently invited speaker and writer for leading business media in China like CBN, HBR China, Sina Finance and quoted broadly in international media such as Bloomberg, New York Times, Business Week on China issues. Mr. Zhang has acquired his MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management and was selected for an international exchange program at the Graduate School of Business, Chicago University. Mr. Zhang’s major consulting expertise include: strategy and organization design, digital innovation, supply chain management, M&A, risk management and internal control.
