Mr. Cheng Xing is the senior vice president of United Overseas Bank (China) Limited,Responsible for developing and leading digital acceleration and executing against the company’s project and demand strategy since 2016 Cheng has been in the banking sector more than 15 years. He has rich expertise in leading mobile and digital banking platform. Prior to joining UOB, Cheng spent more than a decade in Citibank cross different region/countries and leading consumer platform of channels and driving digital banking strategy, to ensure the digital platform to support both online acquisition and customer services over various digital channels and deliver remarkable digital customer experience.Cheng received his master’s degree of IT in Business - Financial Service Sector from Singapore Management University. He is based in the company’s Shanghai Head Office.
