Magen Xia is Partner and Managing Director of BCG, based in Shanghai office. She joined BCG in 2002. She is the central leader in health care and the head of the medical services business of BCG Greater China.Magen Xia is also leading "value oriented medical system" in BCG Greater China.

 

Magen Xia has more than 15 years of consulting experience in health care, health insurance, medicine and medical devices. Recently, she has developed a strategy for the next ten years for a new medical group in Asia Pacific, a five-year development strategy for a leading multinational drug company, and has evaluated for an investment agency and an internationally renowned hospital to cooperate the new international hospital in China.

 

Before joining BCG, Magen Xia worked for the multinational pharmaceutical companies in Swiss headquarters. She has a MBA from Harvard Business School, a master's degree in management from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and a double bachelor's major in international trade and automation.
