Fiona is responsible for compensation surveys and market studies within the region, with a key focus on Private Wealth Management.

• Key selected consulting experience are:

– Conduct market study and compensation survey for leading banks in the region.

– Benchmarking compensation and productivity for wealth management banking clients.

– Provide reward advices or insights to wealth management companies.

• Prior to joining McLagan in 2017, Fiona worked as Assistant Human Resources Manager in the Hospital Authority of Hong Kong. She was mainly responsible to review and design compensation strategies and ensure consistent practices across different hospitals. She also worked with external insurer and legal advisor on various benefit areas.

Fiona is currently pursing a part-time Master of Science in Strategic Human Resources Management with HK Baptist University. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Professional Accounting from Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia.
