Ms. Tao Ying Ling is the Deputy General Manager of Siemens Finance and Leasing Ltd. (Financial Services in China) and a key member of the management team. She is in charge of company strategy development and sales strategy execution for Siemens’ leasing business in China.


As the legal entity of SFS COF in China, SFLL was established in 2005. As one of the earliest management team members, Ms. Tao performed several management roles in Collection, Customer Service, Asia Pacific Project and Strategy & Marketing Management. It is this broad experience that allows her to implement an innovative approach to the future development of the COF China business.


Before Joining SFLL, Ms. Tao worked as Sales Director of Siemens China Healthcare Integrated Management System Business, and also once served as Associate of AT. Kearney Duesseldorf and Shanghai.


Ms. Tao once took courses in University of Michigan; she received Bachelor and Master Degree from Tongji University.
