Ms. Yan graduated from the University of Electronic Science and Technology with a major in engineering and obtained a bachelor’s degree in economics from Renmin University of China.

She has worked in China International E-Commerce Co., Ltd. and has accumulated rich experience in group strategic planning, national key project management, government procurement management and business management. In the process of participating in the top-level design of the Chinese herbal medicine circulation traceability system of the Ministry of Commerce, she organized the company's resources to complete the national traceability system by means of cloud computing, big data and other informatization means.

In the current position, she has established the working team of Beijing E-Town International Financing Leasing Co., Ltd. By leading the team to build a full-process risk control system and develop project sources, the company has continued to focus on the medical, energy-saving and environmental protection, electronic Information industries which achieved good business performance.
