Mr. Cai was appointed as President of Bombardier Aerospace China on September 1, 2018. In this new position, he will be based in Shanghai and work closely with Bombardier Aerospace to promote the sales of Bombardier business jets and business jets, as well as the development of other businesses in China to support Bombardier's overall development strategy.

 

Prior to this, Cai Duo worked for Pratt & Whitney as the President of China. Cai joined the Pratt & Whitney Company in 2006 and has held a series of positions, including General Manager of Pratt & Whitney China China, Director of China Aviation Business Strategy and Development of United Technologies Corporation and General Manager of Pratt & Whitney Airline Manufacturing (Chengdu) Co., Ltd.

 

Prior to joining Pratt & Whitney, Cai Duo worked in the Strategic and Business Development Department at Bombardier's headquarters. Doug Cai holds a Master of Business Administration from Yiwei Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering from Beijing University of Science and Technology.
