Mr. Vladimir Palkin was born on November 30, 1952 in Moscow (USSR). He graduated from the Moscow aviation institute in 1976. He begun job in the Central Institute of Aviation Motors from 1975. In the CIAM he occupied consecutively job titles such as Engineer, Junior research scientist, Senior research scientist, Head of department, Lead designer, Assistant general director. He is currently served as Counselor general director. His Specialization is designing of aero engines for propulsion system of various flying vehicles. Mr. Palkin was a teacher in the Moscow Aviation-Technology Institute and CIAM postgraduate course. Mr. Palkin is an author & co-author more than 100 scientific papers, 5 monographs and 5 inventions. Mr. Palkin has a state award and gratitude from the head of aviation industry of the USSR and the Russia.
