Feng Xia, Ph.D. Graduate of Nankai University, Visiting Scholar of University of Nottingham, UK, Professor of Civil Aviation University of China / Information Technology Research Base of Civil Aviation Administration of China, Expert of Smart Airport of Intelligent Buildings Branch of China Construction Industry Association, important member of China Civil Aviation Smart Airport Task Force. Her major research field is AI aviation application, smart airport, smart civil aviation and so on. She hosted and participated in the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National Science and Technology Support Program, the National '863 Program' Project, the CAAC Science and Technology Major Project, the Tianjin Natural Science Foundation Project, the International Cooperation Project, and more than 30 projects commissioned by civil aviation enterprises and institutions. Representative research results, the AOC system is online, with users in 109 national civil aviation bureaus and more than 200 airlines, and the IMX system has received orders from nearly 30 airlines worldwide.

Dr. Feng has been engaged in civil aviation industry and enterprise informationization strategic planning and implementation plan research for a long time, and has completed a number of civil aviation bureau and major airport projects. The main achievements include, formulated civil aviation '12th Five-Year' information planning, civil aviation '13th Five-Year' information planning, civil aviation information development strategy, smart civil aviation research report, four-type airport construction guidelines, power energy system Informatization Planning of capital airport, Information Outline and Information Planning of Chongqing Airport Group Corporation, Information Strategy Planning of Guangzhou Baiyun Airport Group, Information Planning of Sichuan Airport Group, Information Research of Chengdu Tianfu International Airport, Information Planning of Qingdao New Airport, medium and long-term planning for information development in 2014-2025 of Jiangxi Airport Group, and the “13th Five-Year” information special plan of Chongqing Airport Group Co., Ltd.
