Mr. Haijun (Bill) Chen is the head of Core Cash Management for China within Citi's institutional business based in Shanghai. In his capacity, Bill oversees the core cash management products, including payments, receivables, channels (electronic banking) and commercial cards.

Bill's banking career spans over twenty years. He started from Mizuho Corporate Bank (formerly known as DKB) in 1997 in operations department. Then he joined HSBC as Operations Manager and OCBC as Deputy General Manager of Chengdu Branch. He joined Citibank in Shanghai in 2008. Prior to his current role since 2014, he was the Implementation Head for China.

Bill received a Bachelor of Economics degree from Shanghai International Studies University and a master degree in Financial Engineering from Renmin University of China.
