She is currently the inspector and deputy director of airworthiness Department of CAAC. She has been engaged in airworthiness certification management since she graduated from northwest Polytechnic University in 1985.

She is mainly responsible for the formulation of airworthiness certification regulations and standards, international airworthiness bilateral cooperation and aviation product project approval management: including the formulation of ccar21 and other airworthiness regulations; the Sino US Sino EU bilateral airworthiness procedure negotiation; the model approval of ARJ21, C919, Y12 and AC313 helicopter projects; the model approval and approval of Boeing 747, 787, Airbus A330, A340 and other projects;

She served as deputy director of ARJ21-700 Aircraft Type Certification Committee and director of wz16 engine type certification committee.
