Mr. Fan (Frank) Yang is the chairman, CEO and the chairman of executive committee of Trust Mutual Life Insurance Company. Prior to founding Trust Mutual, Frank served as the executive director and president of Taiping Pension Co., Ltd. and Taikang Pension Co., Ltd. respectively. Previously, he served in numerous executive positions in China Insurance Group, including the general manager of both the Office of the Board and CEO of China Insurance (Hong Kong) Group, and the executive director and vice president of China Insurance (Europe) Holdings Ltd. in London. Prior to China Insurance, he served in PICC Group and General Office of China Insurance Regulatory Commission. Frank is merited as one of the “40 honored Chinese insurers in 40 years”, and “Person of The Year” of China insurance in 2018. He is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute with the title of the Chartered Insurer. Frank earned a B.S. and a M.S. from Central University of Finance and Economics in China and a M.S. from Cass Business School of City University of London.
