Steve leads the Supply Chain Management (SCM) function for the China region of MSD including Planning and Logistics functions for Human Health products. In this role he focuses on ensuring reliable, compliant supply of both domestic and imported products for this growing region. Steve leads the multi-level S&OP process and acts as the key manufacturing division liaison to the MSD China commercial team.
Prior to this role Steve has held a variety of supply chain and finance positions over the past 20 years both within MSD and previously with Alcatel Lucent (now Nokia) and Texas instruments and has been based in 5 countries across North America, Europe and Asia.
Steve holds a BS in Business Administration from Duquesne University and a MBA in Finance and International Business from Northeastern University. He is an active member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai.
Steve lives in Shanghai, China with his wife Min.
