Fengzhan Tian, obtained his PhD. degree in Computer Science from Tsinghua University in 2002. He was selected as a Beijing Nova in 2006. He visited and worked in the Department of Computer Science in UIUC from 2007 to 2008. Then he joined Intel IT Labs as a senior architect and led global R&D projects in Machine Learning, Business Intelligence, Big Data etc. In 2015, he joined Sunshine Insurance Group Corporation as Vice GM and Chief Data Scientist in Big Data Technology Center. He is a senior member of China Computer Federation and a reviewer of NSFC projects.
