Mr. O is the founder of Milton Harbor Capital LLC, which raises capital providing financial advisory and arranging services for clients in aviation, infrastructure and project finance areas, representing borrowers/issuers, as well as providers of debt and equity capital.

Prior to this, he had been engaged in structured export and corporate finance products for well over 25 years. Most recently, Mr. O was responsible for the origination of Wells Fargo’s Global Financial Institution’s Eximbank/ECA business globally. He has also held the position of head for structured export finance business at Rabobank and Standard Chartered’s Asia (based in Hong Kong) business, where he led the teams to rank among the top five Eximbank aircraft financing arrangers. Having started his career in investment banking and capital markets with E.F. Hutton & Co. (a predecessor firm of Lehman Brothers), he also held senior banking positions in structured export and trade finance at Citigroup and ING Capital. For years, Mr. O has served on the Advisory Board of the Private Export Funding Corporation (PEFCO). He was also a member of the Structured Trade and Export Finance Committee at Bankers Association for Finance and Trade (BAFT).

Mr. O holds a B.A. in Economics from Brandeis University and a MBA in Finance from Yale University School of Management.
