Mr. Wu Rongxin, engineer, began his career in July 1994. He graduated from Department of Aviation Mechanics and Electrics, Civil Aviation University of China, and his major was Thermal Power Machinery & Equipment. He subsequently completed an in-service university program in Accounting in Jinan University, and an in-service graduate program in Business Administration in Tsinghua University where he received a degree in Executive Master of Business Administration. He is currently Senior Vice President of the Strategic Planning & Investment Department of China Southern Air Holding Company. His former posts include business administration manager and financial manager of Maintenance & Engineering Division of China Southern Airlines Company Limited; from June 2008, Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Party Committee of GAMECO; and from April 2011, Executive Vice President and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of GAMECO. He took up his current post from December 2016.
