I graduated from University of Glasgow in 1988 in Civil Engineering. I have over 30 years experience in managing building and infrastructure including railway) projects. My experience ranges from planning, design, procurement and construction to delivery. Therefore, I have a full exposure to design and construction from different perspective as a consultant, contractor and operator and am able to lead a project team on building and infrastructure projects from inception to completion, starting from planning, design management, procurement, programme management and construction management to delivery.
