Mr. Danny He is the Managing Director of BNP Paribas Asset Management and General Manager of BNP Paribas Overseas Investment Fund Management (Shanghai) Company Limited, the Shanghai-based Wholly-owned Foreign Entity (WFOE) established by BNP Paribas Asset Management (“BNPP AM”), and the global asset management division of BNP Paribas Group. In his capacity as the first General Manager of BNPP AM China, Mr. He oversees all aspects of the operation of WFOE including sales, marketing, operation, finance, legal and compliance.

Prior to BNP Paribas Asset Management, Mr. He has more than 15 years of experience in international asset management and investment banking. Mr. He was previously senior partner and one of the founder of China Highland Capital, the second RMB overseas direct investment fund which is a sovereign investment fund directly authorized by the People’s Bank of China. Prior to China Highland Fund, Mr. He also served as the President of the Center of University Technology Industry Development, an organization under the Chinese Ministry of Education.Mr. He has extensive experience in the Chinese primary market and has secondary investment experience in China, Hong Kong and United States.
