Oleg Korzinov received his master’s degree from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology and completed his PhD work in the field of computational and structural biology at the Institute of Molecular Biology of the Russian Academy of Science. 


Mr. Korzinov has extensive experience in the areas of business management and drug development. He started his career atTorrey Pines Investment (TPI) group in 2005 with managing several vital interdisciplinary drug development projects in the areas of virology and oncology. During his time at TPI, Mr. Korzinovwas also responsible for managing regulatory, financial, and business development in Russia. In 2010, he was appointed Executive Director of the Northern BioPharm cluster – a conglomerate of the leading Russian medical and pharmaceutical companies,research institutes and universities.


In 2013 Mr. Korzinov became one of the founders of a life science seed venture fund KSI Ventures focused on medtech and neurotech.
