Sylor graduated from Peking University with double bachelor of engineering and economics and Chinese university of Hong Kong with master of economics, he is a certified CFA. He has more than 8 years of work experience in investment bank and more than 5 years work experience in private equity investment. Sylor led and participated in including a number of A shares, H shares and the red-chip companies’ IPO, private placement, assets reorganization and bond issuance projects, and research and investment of many Pre-IPO projects. Sylor has rich experience in the design, establishment and management of family fund model, family investment team training and other fields.
