He has MBA and 6 Sigma black belt certificate at Johnson & Johnson, certified Lean training program at Sanofi, Senior engineering certificate. 


Mr. Zhang was Deputy Site Director, Site Director of Sanofi Hangzhou Pharmaceutical in 2002; Site Director of Hangzhou, Beijing and Tangshan Plant of Sanofi Group in 2007. In 2012, Mr. Zhang is responsible for industry affair of Sanofi China till now. 


Before joining Sanofi, Mr. Zhang was working at J&J group in Xian-Janssen Pharmaceutical Company for technical support, manufacturing supervisor, and production manager. Mr. Zhang has almost 30 years of MNC pharmaceutical experiences on OSD, OLD and Lyophilize dosage, which ranges from production, engineering, logistics, process development, and technology transfer to project management and plant management. Used to lead old plant renovation, new facility concept design, project management etc. participate solid dosage project of equipment installation and validation of UK plant. Lead and participate Lean project training and deployment at Europe site.
