Ray Chou is a Partner in Financial Services Practice of Oliver Wyman. He has extensive experience across wealth management and asset management globally and in the Greater China region.

 Ray has advised clients across various strategic and operational agenda includinggrowth strategy, customer centricity, sales force effectiveness, operation excellence and organization transformation. He has recently led multiple innovative projects in wealth management and asset management in the context of digitalization trend in China.
