Zong Liang, Being as a Doctor and currently serving as the lead Researcher of bank-of-China.He has ever learned at Wuhan University, Renmin University of China, Fudan University (China and America Economics Training Program), Wudaokou Financial Institute，Tsinghua University. He joined in the Doctor Service Group, which was organized by the Central Organization Ministry and Central Chinese Communist Youth League, assumed the Assistant Mayor of Fuzhou in Jiangxi Province. In recent years, he took part in many important projects of the People’s Bank of China, the Ministry of Science and Technology, National Science Foundation committee, the Asia Foundation, Development Research Center of State Council，and World gold Council. In addition, he has released over 200 papers in ‘Studies of International Finance’, ‘Financial Times’ and other journals. He has published ‘Theories and prospects for RMB internationalization’ (2011.07), Global Financial Reform After the Era of Crisis’(2010.02) ,‘The Risk Management of Multinational Bank’, ‘The Capital Management and Risk Control of Commercial Bank— Explanation of New Bassel Capital Agreement, also participated in editing ‘Management of Commercial Bank’, ‘A Reader of International Finance Knowledge for Leaders’ and other over 10 professional books.
