Charles Im brings over 25 years in design, construction and management of multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects and pursuits. A Chartered Civil Engineer , Charles has worked extensively on long linear underground infrastructure projects across the Asia Pacific and Middle East regions. Charles holds the position of Director at Arup, where he leads the Southeast Asia Rail Business and Infrastructure Group Leader. Alongside his professional role, Charles has been serving on various technical committees under the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) Singapore Chapter and the Society of Exploration Geophysicists (SEG) - European Association of Geoscientists and Engineers (EAGE). 

As an infrastructure specialist, Charles has led large multidisciplinary consultant and contractor teams to deliver various phases of Energy, Water & Rail infrastructure projects ranging from feasibility studies, preliminary and detailed designs to construction phase across multiple regions.
