Wu Chungeng, Deputy Director General of Policy Research Ministry of Transport of the People’s Republic of China (MOT), press spokesman of MOT, and member of the Youth Federation of Central Government Departments (YFCGD).He once served as Deputy Director, Director, Deputy Director General of the Highway Bureau, Deputy Director General of the Financial and Audit Department of MOT.
