From 1991 to 2006, Li Bing served in Financial Department of China Eastern Airlines Co. Ltd., including 7 years of oversea work experiences. He was appointed as Financial Manager in Singapore office of China Eastern Airlines in 1999, responsible for financial Department in Singapore, and the surrounding area of Southeast Asia.


Mr Li was graduated from joint M.B.A programme launched by Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Nanyang Technological University in Singapore in 2005.


Mr Li joined in Juneyao Airlines Co. Ltd. in 2007, and was promoted as Chief Financial officer in 2012. He is taking charge of company financial arrangement, risk management and IPO processing. He led the establishment of financial system of oversea departments, and set up the platform of overseas funds in HK. In recent years, Mr Li conducted the investment and financial strategy adjustment, Credit system adjustment and long-term debt consolidation, in order to cut the financial risk and save the financial cost.
