Ma Haotian, Jason is Director of Investment Solutions for Russell Investments Management Shanghai. He is responsible fordesigning bespoke FOF/MOM investment solutions for sophisticated institutional investors in China, including but not limited to asset allocation, manager selection and review, portfolio construction and management through leveraging Russell Investments intellectual capital and investment resources. Jason is also responsible for  assisting the China General Managerto develop Russell Investments business in the region, such as institutional client base expansion, strategic planning and initiatives and product and investment process design.

Prior to joining Russell Investments, Jason worked for Mercer China as Investment Consulting Director.  He led the investment consulting team to serve various China institutionl clients, including soverign wealth funds, leading insurance companies and banks.Before returning to China in 2017, Jason worked in the Singapore banking industry, with broad capital market investment experience and product knowledge. Previously, Jason worked for Bank Julius Baer Singapore as Associate Director, covering clients from SEA Senior Partner to North Asian (Greater China). Jason started his career with Standard Chartered Singapore as management trainee, and became Investment advisor in private banking department, managing over $400USD million worth of Asia-based clients’ assets, preparing bespoke portfolio solutions and pitched investment ideas cross all major asset classes, both publicand private market.

Jason isa China-Singapore government scholar, and received his HonouredBachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
