China Institute of information and communications, China Civil Aviation Science and Technology Research Institute, China Mobile, China Unicom, China Telecom, China iron tower, China Airlines, Xiamen Airlines, Hainan airlines, ZTE communications, HUAWEI, Asia Pacific Satellite, and other 40 scientific research institutions, enterprises and colleges and universities have become the members of the APCA.
