Founder Mr. Li Dong graduated from Dalian Maritime University, majoring in ship machinery management. After working onboard to the position of the second engineer, he joined Dalian Chun An Ship Management Co., Ltd. in 1998 and worked as a technical department manager, designated person and the general manager of the company. Mr. Li Dong has been engaged in more than 17 years of shipping and ship management in Chun An, familiar with the operation of shipping company and has a broad and systemic theory and experience on risk, quality and performance control in shipping and ship management.

Our software platform has obtained the PMS type approval certificate from China Classification Society and more than twenty property rights also.
