RLP has grown to a firm of over 600 staff with offices in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Shanghai and Beijing and now services a global client base in the public, commercial and institutional sectors.

In the past 20 years, RLP has undertaken the planning and design of a substantial number of High Density Transit Oriented Developments (HKTODs) or railed-related developments in China and Hong Kong. As of 2017, there are a total of 98 MTR stations in Hong Kong, and we have been involved in varying degrees for more than 30 of them with almost 6.8 million square meters. The firm has gained valuable insights and hangs on experience through working on these rail-related project and become a specialist in delivering HDTODs in response to Asia’s fast growing economies.
