Carlos Shen is Director of Industrial Services Department at Colliers International, heading the Business Parks team. Right after graduating from Fudan University, he entered the Commercial Real Estate Agency industry and has had a decade of in-depth experience in the trade. He works closely with well-known Business Park developers like Zhangjiang, Caohejing and Lingang Group, and provides site selection services for large enterprises like Roche, Apple, Microsoft and SenseTime.
